We took it a little easier today. We went to Notre Dame and walked through this incredible church. We went to some different stores and of course stopped for gelato. I have a new favorite flavor. It is called Biscotto and it tastes like Graham crackers. We went to a sidewalk cafe for lunch and people watched. For dinner we made caprese salad with Bryan's famous homemade dressing, filet mignon (with balsamic reduction and Burgundy sauce), mac and cheese with gruyere and Parmesan and green beans - another winner. Tomorrow we are going to rent scooters and tour the city. My Penguins are playing a crucial game five tonight but it is after 1AM already so I'm going to bed. Go Pens!
